Hello, I bought these earrings because they were shiny online after receiving in person. They are very dull and not shiny at all. I’m asking for a refund or another pair of earrings that resemble the picture online which is a shiny glistening pair of earrings. Thank you.
I love these earrings. I can use them casually or in the evening and dress it up. When the light hits it, a shines beautifully.
